Not much is known about Kathleen Topolsky. She arrived under the guise of a school counselor at West Roswell High, but in fact was an agent sent by the FBI to investigate Max Evans, his sister Isabel, and Michael Guerin. Unlike her comrades, Topolosky was fighting to protect the aliens, not destroy them. When her cover was exposed by Liz Parker and Alex Whitman, she left, but returned a short time later with a dire warning for Max. Captured by the Special Unit, it is later implied she was murdered in a fire at the behest of Agent Pierce, who wanted to kill Max and all of his kind.
