Plot Overview
While monitoring the beach, Laka and Will notice a toxic smell coming from a van and discover a kid unconscious and surrounded by drug paraphernalia. Meanwhile, Em befriends a disabled veteran and Hina finally confesses her feelings to Kainalu. Captain Sonny is informed about the team's suspicions of Vince.
