Red Dwarf is a proposed, but never aired, American remake of the original British comedy/science fiction series Red Dwarf, created by writers Rob Grant and Doug Naylor. This version, produced by Satin City in association with Universal Television, was to have aired on NBC in the 1992-93 TV season but was ultimately scrapped after two pilot episodes were filmed, neither of which were ever aired on television in their entirety.
