Red Dwarf/SSS Esperanto

The SSS Esperanto was a class D, Space Corps, ocean seeding ship. Its mission was to introduce oceanic life to potential S3 planets.
In the episode Back to Reality, Kryten, Lister, the Cat, and Rimmer explored the derelict Esperanto on the sea floor of an ocean planet, where it had sat for millennia. The crew were all dead: every last one committed suicide.
The ship is mentioned again in the episode Nanarchy.
