Prime time is the time of day when the most people are watching television. Prime time in the United States is generally 8:00pm-11:00pm Eastern/Pacific (7:00pm-10:00pm Central/Mountain), except Sunday, when prime time starts an hour earlier (7-11 E/P, 6-10 C/M).
