Rose Ortiz, a child genius, is portrayed by Rhoda Montemayor. At the start of the season, Rose was a bit overconfident and unwilling to let loose. As time went on, she began to let her teammates in to see the real Rose.

Basic Information

Prior to being recruited by Andrew Hartford for Operation Overdrive, Rose had been building a robot at a London University. It is when someone messes with her robot, that she finds a holographic message from Hartford, inviting her to his mansion. Rose is given the rank of Pink Ranger, and is genetically enhanced to receive the power of invisibility-- which she utilizes while unmorphed.

While the Overdrive powers are temporarily destroyed, Rose takes up a job teaching. A job in which she goes back to after Operation Overdrive is complete.

• 15x01 - Kick into Overdrive (1): Rose, Ronny, Will and Dax receive their morphers and genetic abilities.
• 15x25 - Things Not Said: Rose builds the battlizer-- originally a zord upgrade.
• 15x31 - Nothing to Lose: Rose correctly guesses how to get the last of the jewels, awakening the mummy in the mansion.

• 15x06 - Pirate in Pink: Rose unleashes her inner pirate-- with a little help from Brownbeard.

Trivia

• Rose is the second Pink Ranger to not have an immediate successor, due to Jungle Fury and R.P.M. not having a pink. The first being Jen Scotts, whom didn't have a successor until four seasons later.
