Plot
Brain's Plan
The Brain plans to use power of static electricity to trap the world in its own garments. To generate global static cling, he plans to construct a massive clothes dryer: The Titanocycle 4000. In order to get the $14,000,000,000.59 required, The Brain plans to establish a bogus nation to dupe the US State Department out of a huge foreign aid loan.
How It Fails
SPOILER: Hover or select to reveal Pinky is practicing oragami while The Brain rants about an earlier turn of events. The Brain, frustrated, tears the paper bird into pieces, destroying the foreign aid check that Pinky had used.
