Plot Overview
Phil and Keeley are partners in science when Keeley sees another pair of partners (Grace and Grady) looking at each other nervously with what she sees as love. She feels that it is her duty to "assist" even though, as Phil reminds her, the last time she tried to assist didn't turn out to well. In fact the girl she tried to help is still distraught over it.
Pim is using a future gadget when Phil comes along and tells her off for using it in plain sight. She tells him that no one is looking and that she was checking the weather. Phil says that the weather is going to be sunny all day. Pim disagrees and predicts a thunder storm in 3, 2, 1. Just as the storm starts Mr. Hackett walks past and asks her how she knew that the storm was going to happen. While she and Phil nervously hide away the gadget, Mr. Hackett suggests that he's stumbled onto the secret of the Diffy clan. Pim agrees and tells him that she's clairvoyant. To prove that she is in fact psychic, Mr. Hackett asks her to tell him the color of his socks: Paisley. To his surprise she's right. He tells her that he's "going to figure out her game".
Keeley comes by to talk to Phil about the "thing". She's going to tell Grace to meet her in the broadcast lab after school while Phil tells Grady the same thing. Then Phil and Keeley will find a reason to leave them alone. Phil tells her that it's a great plan "except for the part where [they] get Grady and Grace into the broadcast lab and find an excuse to leave them alone'. Phil is sure that if two people are meant to be together then they will find out for themselves. Keeley assures Phil that she won't meddle.
