Plot Overview

A cocky actor brings a gun loaded with blanks to his appearance on a talk show, intending to mock shoot the show's arrogant host, but, unbeknownst to the actor, someone switched the blanks for real ammunition, and the host winds up dead. Perry defends the actor in court and winds up discovering a dark secret of a close friend who's one of the witnesses.
