Plot Overview
A shrewish gossip columnist, who threatened to expose a doctor's adoption racket unless he provided her with a baby, is murdered. Perry defends the doctor's elderly nurse, who's charged with the crime, and discovers a number of other people that the dead woman was antagonizing.
