Plot Overview
On Valentine's Day, Bailey makes plans to attend a monster truck rally much to Sarah's disapproval, but when an old friend of Sarah's pays her a visit, Bailey becomes jealous; Charlie takes Kathleen on a romantic weekend; Griffin tells Julia that he is love with her; after Justin propses to Julia, Julia reveals that she might be pregnant.
