One Tree Hill/Tim Smith

Nathan's friend, often used as a sidekick. In the first season this character is mainly used as someone Nathan always has on his side as he and Lucas feud. In the second season the character is developed a little more and Tim actually addressing Nathan telling him moreless that he missed spending time with him. After Season 3 Tim randomly stops being in the show. In Season 4 it is addressed once that he went to a special school, since he is generally portayed as dumb. Tim made a surprise return in Season 5 where the audience finds out that he is working as a pizza transportation artist and has a son...named Nathan. There are definately signs that this character may eventually come out as a gay man, and potentially share that he has feelings for his old best friend, Nathan.
