Number Please was a game show airing on ABC daytime.
Two contestants face a board of numbered squares, each contestant designated a row of twenty squares. Each starts off calling out three numbers to expose those letters. In turn, they call out numbers to illuminate a letter in his/her own row to fill out the name of an item. The first contestant who can identify the item rings in and wins the game if correct. The item is a small prize and leads to even bigger prizes.
