- In the teaser, Leonardo gets behind the wheel of the jeep, then in the shot of them driving, it's Michaelangelo, but Leonardo again when they arrive.
- The building the vampires stay at has a sign that says Ambassador, but is spelled "ambassidor".
- As the turtles fight Bonesteel in the park, the laser fence aren't there.
- The stunt doubles for the children are clearly fully-grown adults.
