Basic Information
Elliot was formerly a cleaner for Division, responsible for killing agents and the people they were connected to when the agents didn't comply with Division directives. He was re-assigned by Percy to be a Guardian of one of the black boxes that holds records of Division operations. Posted in Montréal, he fell in love with his neighbour. During a routine update of the information in the black box (a manual procedure at that time) he was exposed during a bank robbery and drew Nikita's attention. (Nikita/The Guardian)
