Plot Overview
Alex is activated for a kill op, her testing mission for promotion to an agent. If she fails, she will be canceled. When Nikita is captured by Division during the mission, Alex is her only hope.

- in this episode it is finally revealed that the crime during which Alex was captured in the very first episode was staged. Her partner who escaped was Nikita. They specifically targeted a Division target in an effort to attract Division's attention to Alex so they would recruit her.
