Nicky Henson is a British actor best known for his work on the English stage and for his guest appearances on Fawlty Towers and A Touch of Frost.

Biography

London-born Henson was the son of Leslie Henson, a noted comedian. At adulthood, Leslie Lincoln had his name legally changed to Nicholas Victor Henson. He has had countless film, TV and stage roles. From 1969 to 1975, he was married to actress Una Stubbs, with whom he had two sons, Joe and Christian, both of whom have grown up to become composers. In the mid-1970s, he dated actress Susan Hampshire. He married his second wife, Marguerite Porter, in the 1980s, and has had a third son, Keaton, by her. In 2005, he had a major role as Sydney Hewitt in the Oscar-nominated film Syriana.
