Plot Overview

A gambling-addicted financier witnesses the murder of a loser who couldn't pay his debts and winds up wounded by a second bullet that the killer inadvertently fired. He refuses to have the bullet removed from his shoulder, despite the medical problems it may cause. Parker needs the bullet to gain a conviction for the killer, but the man steadfastly refuses to budge...until the thugs kidnap his daughter to get the incriminating bullet for themselves.
