Plot Overview
A bizarre incident ensues in which a police officer and a man kill each other in a shootout, then another police officer steals the man's briefcase. The dead man's unusual dying words--'half a million for a guinea pig'--puzzle Flint, who's gotten involved because of the possibility of a corrupt cop. As it turns out, neither of the police officers was a real cop, and subsequent investigation leads to the discovery that a group of Holocaust survivors are blackmailing former Concentration Camp guards.
