Plot Overview
The Syndicate comes up with a new scheme--instead of shaking down businessmen, they decide to kidnap a whole charter boat full of company executives who are on a cruise. Flint and Arcaro go to work finding the missing men, but inadvertently cause the ransom call not to go through, putting all the passengers in danger. The company president, who's one of the hostages, decides to mobilize his men to fight the thugs.
