After arresting a man for forgery, the FBI uncover a journal containing codes which Charlie recognizes as Assassin protocols. The assassin plot is confirmed when the forger is attacked while under FBI custody, and the clues lead to connections between the Colombian Consulate, Foreign Arms Dealers, and of course, some obtuse math theories.
