Plot Overview
A tip from an informant leads Haines to a cruise ship that just docked and to a high-profile man who may be smuggling heroin. After searching the man's luggage and finding nothing, Haines keeps tabs on him, hoping to lead him to the pusher. Eventually, the trail leads to a party on another ship, where Ward and Corso go undercover to nail a photographer who may be their man.
