Plot Overview
The victim is a 18-year-old senior at an exclusive prep school for girls. The killer is a 16-year-old girl at the same school, who just happens to be the younger sister of the dead girl's former boyfriend. The victim is found dead at the bottom of a cliff, but the cause of death is not from injuries from the fall, but blunt force trauma to the head, probably from a rock found nearby. Angie and Oscar first suspect that the killer was obsessed with the dead girl, as she dyed her hair the same shade of red to match the victim's hair, but other factors come into play: does the attempted suicide of the killer's mother have anything to do with what happened? Also, the dead girl was pregnant at the time of the murder, but the baby was not the boyfriend's, nor can they find evidence of a mysterious 'new' boyfriend who could be the father.
