Plot Overview

Frank is rid of Ed Cuffle, the killer responsible for his mental breakdown, after witnessing his execution. Soon afterwards, the FBI investigates a murder that Frank recognises as having exactly the same M.O. as Cuffle's. Meanwhile, Emma is approached by Watts just as her father's condition worsens.
