Plot Overview
Frank is called in by Watts to help hunt a fugitive after a police officer is shot. Frank soon finds that the man they're looking for himself fell victim to the real murderer. They're real goal is to find a young woman whose boyfriend has been on a murder spree to find someone she lost and to learn who that person is.
