Plot Overview

Still dealing with Catherine's death, Frank moves with Jordan back to Virginia where he returns to the FBI. It isn't long before he's inexorably drawn toward a case of a downed plane. His interest is piqued further when a house explosion's target is identical to a pair of women on the plane and comes to believe the Millennium Group maybe responsible.
