Plot Overview
When a man is found executed in a manner similar to three found in Moscow, Frank works with one of their officers in a Russian community in Brooklyn. Frank soon learns that the man they're looking for is a mysterious individual referred to as Yaponchik. As he begins to learn about him, the more he suspects the officer is keeping something from him, including his motives.
