Plot Overview
Out for revenge after a vicious street gang assaults Velda, Hammer soon finds himself without the other love of his life--his beloved gun Betsy--when the gang's leader steals her from him. The gun is later used to kill a rival gang leader who was advocating for a peaceful truce between the city's various gangs, and now Hammer finds himself framed for murder and on the run from both the cops and every gang in the city.
