Megan Alatini (née Cassie) is a New Zealand celebrity who came first came to attention when she became a member of the first pop group originating from the television series "Popstars" a reality-based tv series of a national talent search to create a new pop group, and to follow their success and later the catalyst for the Idol phenomenon around the world.

- Married to former NZ All Black, Pita Alatini
- Has 3 children - Tonica, Tiara and Trey
- Has 2 sisters - Meryl Cassie and Monique Cassie
- Original member of the now-defunct pop group "True Bliss" (along with Carly Binding, Erika Takacs, Joe Cotton and Keri Harper), the first group to emerge from the Popstars series.
