Ikaika remains in Hawaii over the contract dispute, while the remaining six guys receive criticism from their coaches over their lack of focus and concentration.
Lou Pearlman throws a New Year's Eve bash and the boys are sent home early for behaving too rowdily while in the public eye.
After getting a severe scolding from Jay, TransCon's PR Manager, the boys realize that they have to come together as a group and act as a unit. Meanwhile, Ikaika's decision to remain in Hawaii increases tension in Orlando.
