From The TV IV

Liberation Entertainment was the UK division of the American company of the same name. They dealt in both producing and acquiring entertainment which they distributed on DVD and other digital formats, as well as licensed for TV. One thing they became well known for was releasing programs which were either been released incomplete (The Tick) or not at all (many shows based on Marvel Comics characters) elsewhere
