The aliases available to Nathan to get on the plane are Peter Davidson, Sylvester McCoy, and Tom Baker. All are actors who played Doctor Who on the BBC. Sophie uses the alias of Sarah Jane Baker. Sarah Jane Smith was the name of the character who was the human companion of the Doctor played by Tom Baker.
