Storm is the tenth episode of the seventh season of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and the one hundred forty-ninth episode overall. A case of two girls being hit by a car transforms drastically when the girls turn out to be kidnapped refugees from Hurrican Katrina and that their sister is still being held captive.
