Plot Overview
When Carisi learns that his 18-year-old niece, Mia has been raped by a boy in her college dorm room, SVU investigates the case; but when it's revealed that Mia lied about the rape, the charges against her assailant are dropped. Things take a turn when Mia claims that she was actually raped by the boy again and her credibility is questioned.
