Plot Overview

When Rebecca Tolliver reports to SVU that her 22-year-old daughter, Katie, who has Down Syndrome is pregnant, the detectives investigate to find out who impregnated Katie and whether her pregnancy was the result of consensual sex or rape; the case takes a turn when Katie's competency to raise a baby is questioned.
