Plot Overview
While prosecuting the person who opened fire on a group of people leaving a party cruise boat, Schiff refuses to comply with the governor's order to seek the death penalty which prompts him to sue the governor; meanwhile, Schiff learns that his wife has suffered from a stroke which has left her unconscious & hospitalized.
