Plot Overview

Stone finds himself fighting with the Brooklyn District Attorney's office over the jurisdiction of a mentally handicapped man who confessed to stabbing two women to death.

Notes

Frank Lazar left the Kings County District Attorney's Office before the end of his term, and joined the Litigation Department at the Wall Street firm of Smythe & Bradley.

Ten months after his appeal was filed in the Appellate Division Second Department, David Zifrin remains incarcerated at the Elmira State Correctional Facility awaiting judicial determination of that appeal.
