Plot Overview
When a mass murderer escapes from prison, Green and Cassady search for him and find him in a school where he shoots a room full of kids (killing four of them). The case takes a twist when the father of one of the murdered children takes the law into his own hands and a defense lawyer tries to use his case as a slogan for her political campaign.
