Plot Overview

After a baby boy is found deceased in an emergency room due to being frozen to death, the detectives discover a slumlord and a violent ex-convict had been harassing the tenants of the apartment that the baby & his mother lived in.

Notes

On the second day of trial Joseph Turner pled to reckless endangerment in the first degree, agreeing to a sentence of two-and-a-third to seven years. He testified against Iris Corman. She was convicted of manslaughter in the first degree and is currently free on bail pending appeal.
