  • The Montecito buys the property Dottie, an old lady who has owned her house since for most of her life. They intice her buy giving her a suit in the Montecito designed exactly like her home. After tearing down the house and digging up the foundation they find a dead body, which is found out to have died in the 1940s, who they think is Seymour Magoon, a mobster. It is in fact Salvador Mannili, who Dottie had temporarily married before killing him by shooting him in the head.
  • Ed has to convince Delinda to come back to the Montecito, per Monica's request.
