Quotes
- Instructor: "I didn't know it was loaded" is not an acceptable excuse. "I wasn't there" or "I never met those people" are better excuses.
- Dale: Guns don't kill people; the government does.
- Bill: Oh, Hank, guns have been around for years. If they were dangerous I just think someone would have said somethin'.
- Hank: Dale, the NRA is a Washington, D.C.-based organisation. Are you telling me you support Washington, D.C.?
- (awkward silence as everyone turns to Dale)
- Dale: That's a thinker.
- Hank: Sometimes people choke, Bobby. We just gotta be proud that God took the time to give us a fault.
- Bobby: Dad, if he misses, we win.
- Hank: No, Bobby, we don't want to win that way.
- (the dad shoots and hits the target)
- Hank: Damn.
