Taylor refuses to take out the trash. The Council gave her a punishment. Taylor is told to transfer water to the water bucket. But during the hike, Taylor dumped the water buckets to the ground and ran into the bunkhouse. The council members confront Taylor. She attempts to get out, but Zach and Anjay won't let her.
When Zach assigns Taylor, Leila, and Sophie to do the dishes, Taylor and Leila secretly opted to make fruit salad. But they were caught. Zach confronts them for not doing what they're supposed to do. Taylor and Leila refuses to listen and Zach gets angry. He vows that if Taylor and Leila wouldn't do what they're supposed to do, they won't get paid. He also hopes that nobody pays them ever again. And in a stunning statement, he bans Taylor and Leila from earning the Gold Star at all and he storms off with Laurel congratulating him.
DK gets tired of all the squabbling involving the other younger kids and almost made a decision to go home and stayed, therefore he earns a gold star.
