Plot Overview
Judd takes on the juvenile justice system and their methods when he acts on behalf of a teenager accused of car theft and reckless operation. The juvenile probation officer and judge see their roles as surrogate parents and thusly find the young man delinquent and send him off to a juvenile detention center until he's 21. Judd manages to get the case taken to an adult court, where new details about the incident surface that may seal a conviction.
