Plot Overview
A prominent architect is accused of complicity in a small-town mayor's assassination. Judd's attempts to aid his client are undermined by an 'ad hoc' committee who have employed the town's former Chief of Detectives to build a case against him, but the ex-cop seems more intent on bullying and harassing the accused man into confessing.
