Identity Crisis is a comedic game show hosted by Craig Ferguson. It was based on the board game of the same name, and was planned to be a one-hour show to be aired on CBS, the network which also aired host Craig Ferguson's late night talk show. A pilot was filmed in 2011 but the show wasn't picked up. The show was reworked and later aired in syndication starting in 2014 as Celebrity Name Game.
