Plot Overview
A teenage bobbysoxer named Peggy falls for Ricky and develops a crush on him. Lucy tries to come up with a way to get Peggy out of the picture by convincing her to get together with Arthur, a nervous, high-strung and nerdy high school freshman who has eyes for Peggy himself, but Arthur is unable to bring himself to ask her out and Peggy remains devoted to Ricky. Matters become worse later when Arthur develops his own crush on Lucy when she tries to teach him how to dance so he can ask Peggy out, so Lucy and Ricky come up with an idea to make themselves appear much older than their actual ages in order to shake off their admirers.
