- T-Bo was not originally to be in the episode until BooG!e talked to the writers and pointed out how they weren't going to have their only black member of the cast in the same episode with the first black First Lady.
- Some of the Secret Service agents seen onscreen were real agents.
- The working title was "iMajor Guest Star".
- Michelle Obama was only on set for one day to shoot her scenes. Her daughters Sasha and Malia were also on set.
