Plot Overview

Sgt. Chris Novak, an old girlfriend of Hunter's who's a behavioral expert, is brought in to help find a pair of killers who are targeting college coeds. At the same time this is happening, a mysterious woman arrives in town with a collection of police badges...items she stole from cops she killed in at least five different cities. When Molenski pulls her over for a traffic offense, she winds up being the killer's latest victim.
