Plot Overview

McCall is attacked by rapist Fredericks in her own home, but refuses to report the crime, putting her career in jeopardy. Hunter catches up with the 'Scar Face' guy whom he suspects of killing Stacey, the young prostitute who sought his help, but soon finds himself hauled before Internal Affairs after shooting the guy in the leg. Navarro is able to salvage his marriage, but becomes frustrated when the D.A. orders Fredericks cut loose due to insufficient evidence. McCall goes to cut Fredericks loose, but it's really an excuse to trap him in the act and arrest him. Fredericks's wife discovers evidence of her husband's 'extracurricular activities' and shows up at the police station with a surprise that no one saw coming. Hunter goes to arrest Judge Unger on murder charges and then he and Devane debate whether McCall should lose her job over failure to report a felony.
