Plot Overview
Carter receives a letter from his girlfriend back at home. He is despondent to learn that Mary Jane wants to end their relationship. So despondent that he wants to leave Stalog 13 and return home. Hogan and the others seek ways to talk him out of escaping since it would ruin Klinks perfect no escape record, thereby prompting Klink to tighten the security at Stalog 13, or worse, cause Klink to be replaced. The heroes, Helga, and even Schultz try without success to talk Carter out of escaping. Carter's leaving could also upset a plan of the heroes to delivering a vital piece of information to town. Carter volunteers to deliver that information before leaving. Hogan agrees. On the day that he would leave, Carter changes his mind. He had met a barmaid in town. They hit it off and they set a date at the Hofbrau. Carter decided that there are plenty of women out there and he will start looking.
